At Talentum Sports, we are passionate about further developing the skills and talents of young athletes. We recognize their remarkable efforts and sacrifices, as well as those of their families who believe in them and support them unconditionally.




The athletes will be able to effectively develop their skills through four components: physical training, technical development, strategic development, and mental training. Daily sessions include each of these components.

The program is designed by Master Greg Tubbs, and the following are its specific goals:


  • Visualization

  • Transforming anxiety and nerves into

      positive emotions

  • Identifying the combat objectives

  • Controlling the opponent

  • Applying attack and counter-attack


  • Learning how to most effectively fight

      in the clinch



During our camp, the participants will be hosted at one of the most emblematic universities in Dallas TX., the University of Texas at Dallas. They will also be able to get a glimpse of the academic programs, student life, and benefits of studyng in this institution. Similarly, our program provides cultural, recreational, and leisure activities that include the following benefits:



  • Developing a sense of independence and responsibility

  • Understanding the opportunities and benefits of studying in the United States, being bilingual and multicultural

  • Increasing their abilities to interact with other athletes and people from various backgrounds

  • Immersing themselves into English speaking environments

  • Experiencing personal growth and confidence





Our high performing Taekwondo camp will be held during summer 2019 in the city of Plano, Texas. The program is designed for young athletes (10-18 years old, co-ed) who want to further develop their physical endurance, speed, flexibility, technique, mentality, and combat strategies.

The athletes will have the opportunity to train with Master Greg Tubbs (both sessions) and Carlos R. Navarro (*session 2 only*)

Our mission is to provide our participants with an exceptional world class experience.

Master Gregg Tubbs


Master Tubbs is the current U.S. National Team head coach (AAU). He is the only coach in the United States who has produced two junior World Champions (Turkey 2008 and Mexico 2010,) along with over 200 US National Champions in AAU and USAT (the two recognized organizations of this Olympic sport in the United States.) He has had a great influence in the sports training of the Mexican national team member, Carlos Rubén Navarro Valdez.



Room and Board:

For the duration of the camp, international participants will be hosted at the University of Texas at Dallas. They will have the opportunity to interact culturally and linguistically in a safe, enriching environment.





Talentum Sports will provide a complete transportation service to international athletes. All Transportation is included once they arrive at the Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport.

One of the factors that has a great influence on athlete’s performance is mental toughness. TALENTUM Sports has included a mental training development session as part of our 2019 International Youth Taekwondo Summer Camp. The session will be conducted by the Certified Mental Trainer Mike Margolies.

About Mike Margolies:


Mike Margolies is a Sport Psychology Consultant, Certified Mental Trainer® (CMT), Author, and Professional Speaker. Over the past three decades, more than 3,000 athletes from around the globe have sought out Mike to help them reach their potential. His clients include professional, collegiate and youth athletes in every sport. Mike’s professional and elite athletes include world and even Super Bowl champions. He has taught at four Universities and completed research at the United States Olympic Training Center. His book is called The Athlete Within You- A Mental Approach to Sports and Business. He currently works with individual athletes, teams and businesses around the world, both in person and online. Mike is based out of the DFW metroplex.

Mike Margolies has had a great influence in the sports mental training of the Mexican national team member, Carlos Rubén Navarro Valdez.
